SINGLE PLENUM FOR PREP AREA SEMY DOWNDRAFT WITH INTAKE FAN

The configuration includes:

•  Plenum with air intake filters
• Two rows of PowerLED lights
• A 7.5 kW – 10 HP ventilation unit 
• Inverter control unit, PC, 7″ touchscreen
• Burner Option:
• The burner heats the zone.

The ceiling-mounted plenum with an air intake fan provides a perfect balance of air intake and extraction.

During cold weather, this solution can work in two ways:

• The first solution is to equip the preparation area with a burner.
• The second solution is to install a bypass that draws air from inside the body shop during cold weather.

This last solution works when ventilation is limited to the painting area, which, for a repair, takes just a few minutes.

This is possible because the machine is equipped with an automatic ventilation start-and-stop system linked to the spraying phase.
