Basetron B2 is a double downdraft preparation area.

THIS PRODUCT REQUIRES CONFIGURATION

The basic configuration includes:

• Double rear metal wall
• Double floor, with three lines of grids and a pit in each line
• One shared ventilation group with a 7.5 kW – 10 HP fan
• Automatic air changing preparation bay during the spraying phase
• Control box, PC, Touch screen 7″, inverter

• The configuration can include:
• Plenum with or without intake
• Burner
• The sides may feature a double-skin insulated metal panel or an electric or manual curtain.
• The front may have an electric or manual curtain
• The floor may have a reinforced grid for commercial vehicles

The double Basetron has two integrated preparation bays side by side. It has fans with independent inverters and two 7″ touch screens for autonomous management.

They can share the electric curtains and the Flydry robotic drying system; a single system can have tracks in both areas, allowing for drying on both sides.

The BaseTron B2 is a two-downdraft preparation bay/deck with a mini-computer and a 7-inch touch screen. It automates extraction during the spray-drying phase.

The program automatically recognizes the painting and drying phases, adjusts the ventilation speed accordingly, and closes the ventilation system when spraying is complete.

The advantage of this automated program is reduced energy consumption, as the machine operates only when necessary.

The floor features four levels, a unique Symach design that ensures perfect extraction and consistent, balanced airflow even when the floor filters are dirty.

The ventilation group can be installed on the rear or the side.

The machine can be configured with accessories that make it from a simple downdraft floor to a paint booth.
