CarMover 

CarMover is a system on rails to move vehicles from one workstation to another.

A single technician moves a car from one work area to the next with minimal effort in less than five seconds.

The CarMover consists of four dollies, one for each wheel, and slides on rails that can be installed above or inside the floor.

The plates are very light, and the technician can lift two in each hand, making it easier to move when empty.

Each dolly is made of a special aluminum alloy, and the profile’s geometric structure guarantees that it will not bend even under the maximum expected load.

Two slides are at the two ends of the dolly, allowing the car wheel to ascend softly and avoid jamming.

The wheels are made of tempered steel and roll on the upper end of the track’s apex, avoiding any obstruction caused by dirt on the path.

The tracks installed in three precise positions allow cars of all lengths to be loaded onto the dollies and transported along the route.

The CarMover is appropriate for in-line repairs such as the FixLine or, more simply, for paint booths with side loads.
