M2 – UV lamp for drying UV paint
Our UV LED technology was entirely developed in Symach’s research and development laboratories.
The performance is excellent in terms of drying quality, but above all for the speedy exposure times.
We have developed an LED strip with a reflector, an integrated lens, and an electronic system for managing and protecting the strip.
The UV LED strip is protected by a silicone sheath, allowing it to be easily replaced in the event of dirt or damage, thereby ensuring a practically infinite lifespan.
Drying a UV paint product completely requires less than 30 seconds of exposure.
We have utilized this technology on our portable lamps and the Flydry Robot.
The M1 model UV lamp is more suitable for drying medium-sized surfaces, such as fenders or doors.
The M2 UV lamp is more suitable for drying medium-sized to small surfaces, such as touch-ups.
