Technologies for Continuous Flow

The drying ecosystem behind the Industrial Body Shop

Traditional body shops lose productivity because repair flow stops continuously during the paint process.

Waiting for flash-off, waiting for drying, waiting for booth availability, and waiting between phases all create hidden inefficiencies.

Symach technologies were developed to solve this problem.

Drytronic, UVA-LEDtronic, and ADK Air Dry King are not isolated drying systems.

They are integrated process technologies designed to support continuous flow inside the Industrial Body Shop.

The Symach Drying Ecosystem

Every paint product behaves differently.

Body filler, primer, waterborne basecoat, and clearcoat require different drying conditions, different energy, and different process control.

For this reason, Symach developed a complete drying ecosystem based on three complementary technologies:

IR Drytronic Technology

UVA-LEDtronic Technology

ADK Air Dry King Technology

The objective is not simply faster drying.

The objective is to remove waiting from the repair process and allow vehicles to move continuously through the production flow.

IR Drytronic Technology

Instant infrared curing for body filler, primer, and clearcoat

Drytronic is Symach’s patented infrared drying technology.

Unlike conventional hot air drying or electric infrared systems, Drytronic generates multiple infrared wavelengths simultaneously, allowing energy to penetrate different paint molecules more effectively.

This enables extremely fast and uniform drying of body filler, primer, waterborne products, and clearcoat.

Drytronic reduces drying time, eliminates unnecessary waiting, improves curing quality, and allows immediate polishing after drying.

UVA-LEDtronic Technology

Fast UV curing for modern repair processes

UVA-LEDtronic technology was developed by Symach’s R&D division for the fast curing of UV coating products.

The system uses different UV-A wavelengths, high-efficiency reflectors, aluminium heat dissipation, and electronic thermal control to achieve fast and stable curing performance.

UVA-LEDtronic can be used for UV body filler, UV primer, and UV clearcoat applications, supporting faster process execution and greater drying reliability.

ADK Air Dry King Technology

Intelligent airflow control for waterborne basecoat and clearcoat

ADK Air Dry King is Symach’s advanced airflow drying technology.

The system is based on an algorithm that controls three key variables:

• Air velocity
• Temperature
• Humidity

By managing these variables together, ADK creates the ideal drying conditions inside the spray booth without requiring external blowing systems, Venturi devices, or auxiliary airflow equipment.

ADK significantly reduces drying time for waterborne basecoat and clearcoat while keeping the process fully integrated into the booth.

The Right Technology for Each Paint Product

Continuous flow is possible only when each paint product is dried using the correct technology.

Symach does not apply one generic drying method to every phase.

Each product is matched with the technology and equipment best suited to its physical drying requirements.

Why FixLine Performs Differently

FixLine performance is not created by layout alone.

Many companies can copy the visual appearance of a production line, but they cannot reproduce the same output without the technologies and process logic behind it.

The productivity of the Symach Industrial Body Shop comes from the integration of:

Layout design

Drying technologies

Robotic process control

Airflow management

Software algorithms

Standardized workflow

Fixed production sequence

This integration allows vehicles to move through the repair process without unnecessary waiting between phases.

Flow Is Designed, Not Managed

In a traditional body shop, production flow is interrupted by waiting times.

Waiting for flash-off.

Waiting for drying.

Waiting for booth availability.

Waiting between departments.

In the Symach Industrial Body Shop, drying technologies are integrated into the process to remove these waiting points.

This is how continuous flow is created.

The result is not only faster drying.

The result is a more predictable production system.

Technology Designed for Flow

Symach technologies are not isolated machines.

They are part of an integrated production system.

Drytronic, UVA-LEDtronic, and ADK Air Dry King work together to support continuous flow, reduce waiting time, and increase predictable output.

This is the technology foundation of the Industrial Body Shop.
