PowerLED

It is the LED lighting system designed by Symach specifically for body shops.

It is installed in paint booths, preparation bays, the paint mixing room, the bay or booth for aluminum work, the car wash, and workspaces, practically wherever light is needed.

The main features are:

• Color fidelity 0.94 CRI.

This feature is essential in the body shop for painting, color composition, and sanding the primer and body filler, as it avoids many visual errors.

• Color temperature 5555 Kelvin

The light’s color is very close to sunlight, and it is also essential for all operators in painting, preparing, and metal work to correctly shape the car’s profiles.

• The reflector is designed with mirrors that have a concentrated focus.

It directs the light beam onto the car’s vertical part, where operators spend 80% of the repair time.

The light is installed at 3 m (9.9 ft.) high, positioned between workspaces, and reaches the car’s vertical part with more than double the power of a classic LED light.

This is similar to having horizontal lights at car door height, but it’s even better because the operator does not cast a shadow on himself, unlike the light behind him.

• Interspersed blue LEDs

A study has shown that the human eye becomes tired when it works for many hours in a setting with a gradation of light at 5500-6000 kelvin. Our research has given us a solution: We have inserted a percentage of blue LEDs sufficient to relax the human eye.

• Continuous light line in all workspace

Our model of LED lighting for the bodywork is a continuous strip, so in a work area, the light is uniform throughout the car, ensuring a homogeneous view throughout the vehicle.

• The light case is made of a sturdy and lightweight aluminum profile

It allows for easy installation with only three anchoring points for each work area or light line
