The pneumatic side door is made of a single panel that opens vertically. Compared to a roller system, this system eliminates dust movement.
The pneumatic opening and closing are rapid. The operator activates the opening from a lever control positioned inside and outside the paint booth on the side of the door.
The side door solution allows the car to be loaded into the booth with the CarMover solution. It will enable the vehicle to be masked, washed, and unmasked outside the paint booth, significantly increasing the daily painting capacity.
This solution reduces booth usage time by 40% compared to the classic booth configuration, which typically features a front door or drive-through solution, where masking, washing, and unmasking occur inside the booth.
