Vacuum Sanding System 50

The VSS-50 model vacuum sanding system is designed to collect dust generated during the sanding of filler and primer.

The machine consists of two independent units; One includes the vacuum pump, the electrical part, the 7″ touch screen and the mini-PC, the other is composed of the filtering mechanism and a silo for collecting dust.

At the end of the silo, there is an automatic dust discharge valve that discharges dust into a large plastic bag every time the machine stops.

This solution provides continuous and immediate visibility of when it is necessary to replace the bag full of dust, ensuring the cleanliness of the filtering system and optimal machine operation.

The VSS-50 allows six operators to work simultaneously, ensuring excellent suction performance.

The VSS-50 is connected to the operator interface units via a suction line composed of steel pipes and branches.

The operation is proportional to the number of operators connected and operating because the machine has an inverter that proportionates its force. A mini-PC guarantees the management of the machine, and a 7″ touch screen allows you to manage the machine and monitor its operating and maintenance status.

Two sanding settings are available, one for the pneumatic sander and one for the electric sander.
